All gels are made to order- we do not soak your moss or clean until purchased, so that you receive the freshest product period, Please allow around 10-14 business days for processing and making for any man made products. All Gels are Good for around 3 weeks refrigerated and 6 months frozen, you take 2 spoons a day in smoothies, tea, applesauce, oatmeal
